These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and 789vip (hereinafter referred to as "789vip", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 789vip online gaming platform accessible at 789vip.cam and all associated services, features, products, and content offered therein.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 789vip account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 789vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Promotional Offers are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

6.1 Random Number Generation

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

6.3 Game Malfunctions

The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game types on the 789vip platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789vip platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or impersonating another person.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 789vip platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 789vip content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the 789vip platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 789vip platform or any services provided therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, 789vip specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or business opportunities arising from technical failures, platform downtime, or game malfunctions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your 789vip login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the 789vip platform.

789vip's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 789vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

789vip reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. 13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 789vip, the following process applies:

3. Step 3 — Final Decision: If a dispute remains unresolved after Steps 1 and 2, 789vip's decision shall be considered final and binding with respect to all gaming-related disputes.
